Further support for Facebook's lack of authorization claim

Power Ventures used automated means to access Facebook and collect data. Facebook users are not allowed to do so. The terms of service says:

You may not access or collect data from our Products using automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data you do not have permission to access.
